Q: Why are all items pre-order only?

A: Vestavia Nation is JUST starting out, and in order to make sure I have the inventory you and your family want to buy and wear, the first few collections will be pre-order. This allows me to bring you fair prices with less overhead and donate more money to the schools, because it will not be tied up in inventory.

Q: What happens if something does not fit, or I am not satisfied with the item?

A: Because of Vestavia Nation's donation model, all items are final sale. If an item is unwearable, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please e-mail vhrebelyell@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will accept returns on a case by case basis. Since charitable donations are made on a monthly basis, we can only offer store credit or exchanges, no refunds. Since items are made to order, a replacement may not be immediately available.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Since all items are pre-order, you will receive your order once all items have been produced. This timeline can vary, but expect 3-4 weeks for fulfillment. You will receive an e-mail when your item ships or is being delivered locally.

Q: Can you do a spirit shop for an organization that is not a school?

A: Yes, we can! Email us what you are thinking, a date range, and how much you'd like to raise.
